The notes reproduced here are unedited feedback from families The Janys have worked with on The Draycott and other prime District 10 residences. Several are handwritten, kept rather than collected — which is also why the set is small.
Nothing here is aggregated into a score. A star rating averaged across unrelated transactions tells you very little about how an agent will handle a specific negotiation on a specific stack, and inventing one would be worse than showing none.
